The Lux-Suites are brand new, single occupancy units available within walking distance to the University of Warwick. Each unit has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and en-suite shower room, and is fully furnished to a high standard. The units are designed to optimize space and feature a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and under-counter fridge. A communal modern open-plan kitchen/dining area, including a large dining table, flat-screen TV, breakfast bar, 2 hob/ovens, 2 fridge/freezers, and washing machine, is available for shared use. The building also features a communal garden and a communal main kitchen/living area with a communal space.
