Each room has a wash basin, a large desk, a bed, and a wardrobe. The communal areas include a spacious, modern lounge with a TV, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two ovens, two hobs, a washing machine, two fridges, a microwave, and a kettle. The kitchen has ample cupboard space and individual cupboards for each tenant, as well as two freezers. There are two shower rooms. The building has CCTV at the entrance and covering the parking area and driveway, with some off-road parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
