Studio

Clare Court is a student accommodation located next to the Victoria shopping centre and near the NTU City Campus. Each self-contained studio is designed with contemporary kitchen facilities, including four induction hobs, oven, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The studios also feature a double bed, individual en-suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, study area, and storage space. Laundry facilities are available on every floor. The studios have a range of sizes from 17.6 to 21.7 square meters.
