The Silk Mill development consists of 119 studio apartments in a converted former silk mill. The apartments offer a blend of modern facilities with original period features, and all have the same facilities with a similar internal fit out, differing in size, floor, and outlook. The standard studio type faces an atrium at the heart of the building, and the rent includes utilities and Wi-Fi. The building also offers communal facilities for tenants to enjoy.
