The Keel Houses on Lower Gilmore Place offer modern student accommodation near the Union Canal. Gold Plus Studios are fully furnished and feature a comfortable bed, private bathroom with shower, space to relax, desk and chair for studying, and a kitchen area with a breakfast bar and stools for meals. When Phase 2 opens, the residence will accommodate around 150 students, creating a social and welcoming atmosphere.
