The student accommodation is a very large ten-bedroom house located opposite the Nottingham Trent University City Campus, arranged over three floors. It features a recently refurbished large kitchen and a separate utility room, a good-sized lounge, and ample number of showers and WCs, including one full bathroom suite. Each bedroom is a good size.
