The complex is located within walking distance of both Newcastle University and Northumbria University. The accommodation options include en-suite rooms and studios, with the Premium Studios being a larger option with 22+ sq meters of space. These studios come with a small double bed with under bed storage, wardrobe and desk space, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, and a smart TV. The studios are located on different floors and can be chosen based on preference.
