Property

The property consists of an American Barn-style building with six stables on the left and a secure tack room, wash down box, feed room, and foaling box on the right. The building features infrastructure for camera monitoring, bright and airy boxes with shutters, and large sliding doors at each end. A muck heap area is located outside the building, and there is space for parking a lorry or trailer. The property also includes shared use of a drying room and utility area, as well as two or three enclosed paddocks and additional land. Outside, the site has access to an Outdoor School and a lane, with the nearest access being the A356 just a few minutes away.
