St Peter Studios features 123 Studio rooms, divided into five categories, each equipped with double beds, bookshelves, wardrobes, tables, and chairs. The rooms include a kitchen area with an oven, microwave, hob, and fridge. The studio rooms are designed for independent living and are located within walking distance to the University of Aberdeen. Communal areas offer a range of amenities, including a gym, cinema screening room, laundry room, and study rooms. Additionally, the building has a video surveillance system, free Wi-Fi (with the option to upgrade), and an on-site laundry facility designed for efficiency.
