Properties consist of individual apartments within a development, with no smoking or vaping allowed in the development or apartments. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to reasonable conditions, with students possibly required to provide a guarantor. Each apartment comes with no furnishings and residents are responsible for replacing lost keys and security devices at their own cost. Additionally, utility accounts, Council Tax, and other expenses are the responsibility of the residents unless otherwise stated in the tenancy agreement.
