Corner Point is a new student residence located in Nottingham city centre, within walking distance of Nottingham Trent University and city amenities. The development offers a selection of studio apartments approximately 18-21m², each fully self-contained with a private en-suite bathroom, modern fitted kitchenette, ample storage, and a dedicated study area. Residents will have access to unlimited superfast Wi-Fi, a communal lounge, dedicated study areas, a private dining room, social spaces, on-site laundry facilities, and a landscaped private courtyard. Studios are available from September 2026 for £170-£210 per week, inclusive of bills, on a 50-week contract.
