The studio is a furnished unit within a shared house, fully equipped with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets. The kitchen is fully kitted out with appliances, including a washer, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all necessary utensils and crockery. The rent includes all utility bills, council tax, and communal Wi-Fi, and a cleaner visits every two weeks.
