Studio

The cube is a 23-unit residence located 100m from a main university campus. Each of the studio apartments features a double bed with storage, an en-suite bathroom, a sofa, a wardrobe, a chair, and a study desk. The kitchens are modern and fitted with a microwave/oven, a fridge/freezer, and a stainless steel hob. Utilities, including internet and Wi-Fi, are included in the price. Each unit has its own dedicated internet supply, and there is also an in-house launderette available for residents.
