The Fontenoy Apartments have eight floors, offering studios with double beds, 32" TVs, study desks, and ensuite bathrooms with showers, sinks, and toilets. The studios also have fully equipped kitchenettes with fridges, combination microwave ovens, and 4-ring induction hobs, as well as storage spaces and double wardrobes. Additionally, the building features a private courtyard, a gym, and a cinema room for communal use.
