Land

The land comprises three enclosures of gently sloping agricultural land down to permanent pasture, extending to approximately 4.46 acres. It is bounded by natural hedgerows and wooden post and wire fencing, and accessed from Church Street via a public highway. The land contains two public footpaths, and is currently down to permanent pasture.
