It features a double-sized bed, a wall-mounted 49" Samsung TV, and a fitted kitchen with quartz white marble worktop and Zanussi appliances. The en-suite bathroom is large and has a Mitsubishi AC temperature control. The studio also includes a cupboard and storage underneath the bed and seating area. The kitchen has a peg rail and kitchen side table, and the room is equipped with intelligent energy metering. The membership includes all utilities and taxes, regular room cleaning, and access to communal amenities such as a gym, yoga and wellbeing space, and panoramic rooftop terrace.
