The studio offers 31.3-36.5 sq m of private living space, featuring a full-sized double bed, a kitchenette with dining table and chairs, a study desk, wardrobe, and a high-spec ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower. The studio is furnished and has a smartphone-controlled heating system, with all bills included in the rent. The studio also has a dedicated study desk, making it an ideal space for students.
