The Priory is a student-only accommodation located in a converted Edwardian monastery building in Leeds. It features 76 rooms, including en-suite rooms and studios, each with a comfortable bed, study area, shelving, curtains, and ample wardrobe space. Communal areas include a spacious common room with sofas and a pool table in the former chapel, and the building is situated close to the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. Classic Studio apartments are also available, featuring a large wardrobe, study desk and chair, private en-suite, and a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, and work surface.
