The property is a gated and secure hardstanding compound located on the Riverside Industrial Estate in Littlehampton. It is situated approximately a half mile west of the Littlehampton Town Centre, near the Tesco Superstore, and adjacent to the junction of Bridge Road and the Littlehampton Bypass (A259 Coast Road). The estate is located between Bognor and Worthing, approximately 8 miles from each town via the A259, and is close to the south coast trunk road via the A289 Arundel Road.
