Studio

The property features six rooms, with four studios and two en-suite rooms. The studios are equipped with a kitchenette, including a sink, tap, built-in fridge/freezer, microwave, and base and eye-level units, as well as a kettle, toaster, and air fryer. All studios have built-in wardrobes, side cabinets, wall panels, desks, 43-inch smart TVs, and brand new carpets and vinyl. The two en-suite rooms are similar to the studios but without the kitchenette. The property has fully operational fire alarm and smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and a rear garden. The communal facilities include a 10kg washing machine and tumble dryer, and a kitchen with base and eye-level units, sink, oven, hob, and fridge-freezer.
