The building features a spacious, air-conditioned gym with state-of-the-art equipment, a dedicated workspace with plug sockets and comfortable seating, and a double-height cafe with a timber terrazzo bar. The communal areas have been designed in collaboration with a London-based design studio, and the building features oak architraves, Crittall-style doors, and solid timber flooring. The apartment also has a private dining room and commercial-grade chef's kitchen on the thirteenth floor, and access to a spacious roof terrace with sun loungers, a heated barbecue area, and skyline views.
