Property

The property is available for licence on a short-term basis, with minimum terms of three months and one month's notice required at the end of the licence period. A one month's deposit and licence fee in advance are required. The property can accommodate a variable number of occupants, with different licence fees applying based on the number of people: £195/month + VAT for one person, £395/month + VAT for two people, £495/month + VAT for three people, £725/month + VAT for four people, £895/month + VAT for five people, and £995/month + VAT for six people. Space for larger groups is also available upon request.
