Affrusk Woodland is a 4.54-hectare (11.22-acre) small commercial woodland situated near Banchory in Royal Deeside. It is planted with Sitka spruce, with a tax-free income expected from harvesting in around 5-10 years. The woodland includes a broadleaved section in the southwest, providing an opportunity to develop a cabin or hut, subject to necessary consents. The property boasts stunning views over the River Dee and is close to the Falls of Feugh. Access is available directly from the U52K public road, connecting to an approved timber transport route and several local sawmills.
