Land

The Masterplan area covers approximately 112 hectares, with 100 hectares allocated for housing land and 12 hectares for employment land. The site extends from Lossiemouth Road in the east to Duffus Road in the west, bounded by Frindrassie Woods and agricultural land to the north. The employment land, forming part of a larger Masterplan mixed-use development, covers approximately 12 hectares and is located to the east of Lossiemouth Road, just north of Elgin town centre.
