The property, located near Moffat in Dumfries and Galloway, consists of 413 acres (167.48 Ha) of land in 11 parcels, including hill and upland grazing, fields, and improved enclosures. The land is ring-fenced and features natural water supplies. The property is located on Burnside Road and Well Road, and is accessed via three routes. There is also a legal right for a new access via a forestry track. The land is registered with SGRPID and includes 13.03 Region 1 and 131.03 Region 2 entitlements, as well as over 900 head of livestock, including North Country Cheviot ewes and lambs. The property also features natural supplies of water and includes all standing timber and standard fixtures and fittings.
