Bredhurst Hurst is a charming area of Ancient and Semi-Natural Woodland nestled in the Kent Downs. The woodland is primarily chestnut coppice with scattered oak, birch, beech, hawthorn, and hornbeam trees. The terrain is mostly flat and easy to navigate, with some denser areas and a few open glades suitable for setting up base camps. The property sits next to Owen's Perch, a vantage point with scenic views. The woodland has a private and peaceful atmosphere, within walking distance of the village of Bredhurst with a pub and local shop, and within a short drive of Maidstone. The property shares boundaries with neighbouring woodland to the north and east, and has a large chestnut tree marked at the southeast corner.
