Land

The productive agricultural land extends to 39.67 acres and comprises 18.5 acres of gently sloping pasture, 16.6 acres of arable land currently under a grass ley, and 4.88 acres of woodland with mixed native and semi-native trees. The land is classed as Grade 3, with freely draining slightly acid loamy soils and some acid loamy and clayey soils. Boundaries are formed of mature hedges and stock fencing.
