West Tolgus Illogan

This individual building plot is situated at the end of a no-through road, offering far-reaching views over farmland and woods. Reserved matters approval was granted in March 2023 for the construction of a unique, architect-designed house with four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. Although the design is still in progress, a material start has been made on site, keeping the planning consent live in perpetuity. The site is currently unconnected to services, but is located near the A30 trunk road and is approximately 12 miles from Truro and 13 miles from Falmouth.
