The hut has glorious views to Hayling Island, The Nab Tower, and the Isle of Wight. It is conveniently situated for a beach hut restaurant/cafe and The Club, a surf/kite surfing club. The beach nearby has excellent facilities, including lifeguard patrols, public toilets with showers, water taps, a cafe/restaurant, ice cream kiosks, and take-away options.
