Land

A block of 26.55 acres of arable/pasture land is situated on the western outskirts of the village of Witham Friary, a small Somerset village located between Frome and Bruton. The land is divided into two level and gently sloping parcels, currently laid to productive grass and clover ley, and bounded by mature hedgerows and stock-proof fencing. The larger field parcel contains a small pond and ditch, providing a source of natural water, while the smaller parcel has a well-maintained ditch. The land is accessed via a right-of-way over third-party-owned access tracks.
