Land

The parcel of land is situated on the south side of Church Street in Jackfield, adjacent to St Mary's Church. The land has been cleared with all trees removed, and the front curbs have been dropped for access and driveway. An inclinometer was installed and monitored for two years to check for ground movement, and it remains in place. A drain has been installed from the site to the River Severn (180mm pipe). The land is fenced off with gate access, and an electricity pole has been relocated on the site for power. Water and gas mains are located near the front of the land.
