The Panmure Woodlands comprise three lots: Lot 1, Panmure Forest, is a 150.02-hectare commercial forest with a mix of young and mature conifers, primarily Sitka spruce, and two ponds; Lot 2, Guildy Den Wood, is a 26.83-hectare forest with a first rotation crop planted in 2022 and a second rotation crop planted from 2014 to 2017; and Lot 3, Monikie Wood, is a 16.91-hectare woodland with a mix of mature broadleaf and conifer trees, including notable specimen trees. The properties are located in Angus, Scotland, and have access via council roads and internal forest roads. The woodlands are bounded by a stock fence, and mineral rights are included in the sale. The properties also feature various archaeological and historical features, including listed columns, follies, and a battle site.
