The Wark Estate encompasses 906 acres in the Tweed Valley, featuring a compact country house called Wark House, which has been extensively refurbished in 2022. The estate also includes two additional dwellings, Steward's Cottage and Shepherd's Cottage, and a steading with modern portal framed buildings and traditional buildings converted for workshop use. The arable land, which is primarily grade 2 and 3, is suitable for modern farming practices and has been farmed under a contract farming basis since 2003. The land is capable of producing above-average yields and features good field drainage, excellent soil indices, and clean soil with minimal weed ingress. The estate has numerous hedges and fences, and virtually all fields are accessible via public roads or internal hard tracks.
