Land

The Estate is a freehold moorland estate consisting of 2,754.35 acres of unspoiled, rolling, wild moorland within the South Dartmoor SSSI, situated on the southern side of the Dartmoor National Park. The estate includes granite tors and valleys bisected by streams and rivers, and is home to wildlife, wild ponies, and rare birds. It has sporting rights in hand and is subject to common grazing rights, public rights of way, and existing wayleaves, easements, and rights of way.
