Land

Lot 2 comprises around 91 acres of land, including 30 acres of productive arable farmland, 38 acres of pasture farmland, and a 22 acre mixed species woodland known as Chaddenwick Wood. The farmland includes fields within a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone and features a range of soils including lime-rich soils over chalk or limestone and freely draining loamy soils. The woodland is private and includes a former pheasant release pen, with a carpet of bluebells in the spring.
