The property is a 36.366 acre arable land plot with a general-purpose farm building, situated on Dam Lane with road frontage to the south of the A1033 between Keyingham and Ottringham. The land is 14.77 hectares in size, with 14.69 hectares eligible for Basic Payment Scheme (BPS), and is partly drained by the South Holderness Internal Drainage Board. The farm building, erected in 2010, was built with an agricultural prior approval. The land also includes a verge of 1.28 hectares outside the land registry title, and all mineral rights owned by the vendors, except as reserved by statute, are included in the sale.
