The property is a 1-acre site located on the shore of the Loch of Harray, with fishing rights and access to the loch. The site has a 4,332 square meter area and offers potential for multiple uses, including short-term accommodation such as fisherman's huts, cabins, chalets, yurts, and pods. The location is near the World Heritage Neolithic Sites, beautiful beaches, and the iconic Stones of Stenness and Ring of Brodgar. The water rights provide access to the renowned Harry Loch, famous for its abundance of trout, and the area is popular with fishermen and hunters of wild fowl during the winter months. Three permanent chalets have already been completed nearby, and a small jetty can be installed to aid access to the water, subject to necessary planning approvals.
