The property, Coed Criafol Goch, is a north-facing but sunny dense woodland located near the A470. The woodland is a mix of naturally regenerated trees with specific planting, including Sessile Oak and coniferous trees such as Silver Birch, Willow, and Rowan. The terrain is varied, with a grassy path leading up the western boundary and a main track allowing access with a quad or four-wheel drive. The woodland is home to a wide range of wildlife, including badgers, rabbits, and numerous bird species, and features bluebells, mushrooms, and toadstools. The woodland has no public rights of way and is surrounded by neighboring fields and woodlands.
