Land

The property, a large woodland along the River Lym in East Devon, boasts a diverse range of tree species, including birch, oak, ash, spruce, and more. A recent larch felling in the upper section offers a potential replanting grant to new owners, allowing flexibility in restoring the area. A network of wide tracks provides machine access, and two new gates secure the property. The woodland has flat, grassy spots along the river that are easily accessible, while conifer trees on the western side make for easier exploration. The site offers stunning views across the valley and is home to bluebells and foxgloves in season.
