Land

The property is a substantial and well-equipped arable farm extending to approximately 505 acres of highly productive Grade 1 and 2 land. The land has silty loam soils suitable for growing combinable crops, potatoes, sugar beet, and other root crops. The farm includes an extensive range of modern agricultural buildings, including top-of-the-range grain storage and underfloor drying facilities, a potato store with an adjoining grading shed, a general purpose building and workshop, and around 2,600 tonnes of grain storage with drying facilities.
