Land

The parcel of land is located on the edge of Lilbourne village, near the M1 and M6 motorways, and extends to approximately 1.44 acres with two enclosures of pastureland divided by a central hedgerow. The land is classified as Grade 3 on the Agricultural Land Classification maps, with slowly permeable, seasonally wet, slightly acid, but base-rich loamy and clayey soils with moderate fertility. Access to the land is via a gateway in the southern boundary on Old Inn Court, and the land is not currently connected to any mains services, although it is assumed that services are nearby.
