The beach hut measures approximately 7ft 9 x 6ft 9 inside, and 8' x 7' externally from the exterior walls. It is located in a front row position on the cliff top, offering stunning sea views from an elevated position. The hut is accessed without stairs and is adjacent to a public car park, as well as close to a refreshment kiosk and public toilet facilities. The interior and exterior of the hut, including furniture and various contents, are included in the sale.
