Property

The property extends 8.16 acres in total and consists of an L-shaped range of 7 stables, each approximately 3.4m by 3.4m in size, with internal lighting, concrete floors, and low brick courses. The stables are accompanied by a tack room and hay store. The property also features a large hardstanding yard for car parking and turning, as well as an approved horse manure storage area. A main access gate (Gate 1) leads to the property, with an existing gate width of approximately 4.2m, and temporary shared use of this gate is planned while an alternative access is developed. An additional proposed access (Gate 2) and old metal gate (Gate 3) are also present, while a boundary post and rail fence is currently being erected.
