Land

The property consists of approximately 9.83 hectares (24.29 acres) of grazing marshes, divided into three parcels. Access to the marshes is through internal gates and drainage dykes form the boundaries, with a small pond located in the third parcel. Additional features include foot bridges between the parcels. The site has been previously used for grazing cattle and has potential for other schemes such as biodiversity net gain, sustainable farming incentive, or carbon capture. The land is located off Lower Road in the village of Rockland St Mary, and is approximately 5.5 miles from the town of Loddon and 9.0 miles from the city of Norwich.
