The beach hut is situated overlooking the River Colne and Brightlingsea Creek, and is close to Splash Point. It has stable door entrances to both the front and rear, and features a glazed shutter window to the front. Inside, the hut is lined, with a wall cabinet and washable flooring. A front paved patio area is also accessible from the hut. The interior includes work surfaces with an inset sink and twin stainless steel gas hob, as well as a windbreak. The hut comes with deckchairs and two folding chairs, and has car parking to the rear with a license.
