The property consists of 11.98 acres (4.85 hectares) of gently undulating grassland, classed as Grade 3 land, with two areas of woodland included. The land is located in Burnopfield, a village south west of Newcastle, and comprises three field parcels to the north of Busty Bank road. It has a natural water supply in two of the parcels, and an overhead electricity cable and pylon run through the area.
