The property comprises 123 acres of freehold agricultural land within the Exmoor National Park. The land features two ranges of clear span agricultural buildings, including a seven-bay steel-framed lambing shed and a four-bay steel-framed Dutch barn. The main buildings are located in the center of the farm, behind the Muxworthy hamlet, and are accessible via council lanes and tracks. Other buildings on the property include a five-bay timber pole shed and a hay store, as well as a concrete yard area and silage clamp. Natural water supplies are present on the land. Access is available from the council road on the southwest boundary and via an agricultural right of way from the council road to the west.
