Bosleake Farm sits in the foothills of Carn Brea, surrounded by villages Carnkie to the east and Higher Brea to the west. The farm is ring-fenced and covers 108 acres (43.85 hectares) of land, which is currently laid to permanent pasture on Grade 4 soils. The land is suitable for grazing, with annual silage being taken, and is being sold with vacant possession.
