The property consists of 32.82 acres of permanent pasture, edged by mature hedgerows and bordered by the Cripps River on its western boundary. The land is split into two areas: 27.61 acres and a further 5.21 acres to the south. The area contains historic Roman Salt Workings, and the Environment Agency owns adjacent land running along the river, but it is not included in the sale.
