Land

The property consists of 5.47 Acres (2.21 Ha) of grassland, divided into two paddocks by a small brook, with a total area of 4.15 Acres in Lot One and 1.32 Acres in Lot Two. The land has roadside access from the A519 via two gateways and is reasonably well-fenced with mature hedgerows and post and rail fencing. A small tributary runs through the land, forming the divide between the two lots, and the River Meese forms the northern boundary, delineating the border between Staffordshire and Shropshire.
